It has circuit microprocessor, the fastener and the male moldelectromechanical system with fan, which ensures the optimization ofproduction, for the semi-automatic process does not require physicalexertion and the machine can operate in routine industrial kitchen.
Has emergency system coupled to the power button of the molding,which neutralizes the operation of the engine and then returns to thestarting position.
