Equipped with a feeding unit conveying automatically the leavened dough sheets from the final proofer into the baking chamber of the oven, built with high temperature resistant refractory isolation material. This perfect thermal insulation of the body prevents any heat loss, resulting into a remarkable saving of fuel. The outer body is also entirely covered with stainless steel plates, giving the unit a distinguished appearance. The unit is equipped with a central switchboard with all electric control knobs and safety elements on the burner unit. The machine is mechanically simplified, permitting easy operation by untrained labor and minimizing the need of maintenance. Available in various size: single, double and four.
