The 630 slicer's smooth-turning micrometer control dial selects slices from deli-thin to 9/16" for fast, perfect thickness control in all kinds of food. Switch is conveniently located at the control dial base. It allows you to choose either momentary or locked-on operation, and has a safety lock to prevent inadvertent activation.

Three removable food contact parts (the blade, food carriage, and pusher) can each be removed and replaced in under 10 seconds, making cleanup incredibly fast and easy. The blade's twistlock mechanism allows you to remove, clean and replace it without ever touching metal. Serving tray is included.
