Ace Packaging Company, Philippines was founded and incorporated in 05 August 1975 by its President, Melchor G. Apostol; Nila Apostol and Noni Crane of New York City in what was then Palos Verdes, Caloocan City, Manila, Philippines.

It was to be a private enterprise engaged in the business of manufacture, wholesale and distribution of corrugated and cardboard boxes with the secondary purpose of dealing in trade and manufacture of merchandise of every sort; one of these ventures was the mild steel and stainless steel equipment and general metal fabrication. By the end of the decade, it has gained considerable recognition in the S/S Food Processing and Cannery Equipment industry where it has concentrated most of its forces, gradually diverting into it entirely and abandoning the carton box industry..Thereby taking its own place in the Food Processing and Chemical Industry.

By the early 1980's, Ace Packaging Co., (Phils.) Inc. was surely a name to be reckoned with in the fields of Food and Beverage Processing, Canning, Pharmaceuticals and Chemical Industries for since then it has been supplying Most of the Philippines' biggest Manufacturers in these fields with some of the finest industrial equipment to be found in the local market. By corporate tie- ups with several international consulting firms like NuCon Ltd., and Gea Niro PTE, Ltd. of Singapore and the Japanese Innoue- Nissei, it has come to be one of the few local fabricators capable of carrying out exclusively, projects under these firms for the likes of Nippon Paints Ltd., Wyeth Phils.,and Mead Johnson.

By exposure to such international firms as these, it has gained international recognition as it has secured a strong base of clientele in Asia, Pacific and the Atlantic regions. The Steam Jacketed Kettle is the primary food processing product. In the mid-1990's, the United States Department of the Navy started using these same kettles as supplied to them by the U.S. Defense Department through Crimson Enterprises, Inc., a Boston based company.

With the Philippines' increasing industrialization, the Company also had to adapt its line of services to meet the needs commanded by the country's industrial nature. At the start of the 1990's, Ace Packaging Industrial Division also began to manufacture, install and maintain a new line of products and services including sanitary piping and steam line installation for process products, Mild Steel Tank Fabrication, for all types of industrial applications and APCI has ventured into research and development for food equipment such as pulp fruit extractor, milling and grinding machine and mango juice extractor, automated bottle liquid filling machine and etc. Ace Packaging has now the capability of staging a turnkey projects concerning processes in the liquid line systems and powder handling systems.

Today, Ace Packaging Co. (Phils), Inc. still maintains production of all of its product lines from the simplest to the most complex. Through its existence, Ace Packaging has grown to be a strikingly efficient force in production and progress and shall remain in consistent development into the years to come.
