MAK-ELSAN Olive-cake drying system

MAK-ELSAN Olive-cake drying system, takes the pirina-olive-cake (the waste of the olive-oil producing process) directly from the olive-oil producing process, evaporates the fruit water and redwater of the olive-cake in order to form a dried solid fuel. By using this system three problems can be solved; storing of this waste, using this waste as afuel and evaporation of the redwater that is the polluant of the envoriment of olive oil factories.  
System is taking the wet olive-cake coming from the olive oil extraction (classic press system or continuous 3-phase, 2-phase)by the help of conveyor with spirals automatically. In the system this sludge is circulated approximately (related to the feeding rate) 15-25 minutes, is taken out by the dried olive-cake conveyors. System is providing the necessary heat for drying from the dried olive cake of % 10 of the system.
