High Pressure Homogenizer

GYB series high pressure homogenizer (uniform slurry pump) is a general-purposed equipment for the preparation of superfine liquid/liquid emulsion and/or liquid/solid dispersion, which are widely used in production and research areas including food, beverage, pharmacy, light industries, chemical industry, bio-technologies etc. All parts in contact with fluid media are made from materials of super abrasion durability and excellent corrosion resistance, thus to avoid any adverse impact on the fluid to be ahndled. The pump has an emulsion/dispersion effect greatly better than those of colloid mill or tri-roller mill, and shows other advantages such as low heat-generation, high efficiency, small occupied area, cheap operation expense etc. GYB series homogenizer has covered the most complete size specification and can offer the most advanced performance features in China, for instance, the maximum pressure can be up to 100MPa, highest in domestic manufacturers. Fluid material is processed in the homogenizing valve. When fluid enters the gap-adjustable valve parts under high pressure, it will obtain an extremely igh velocity (200-300m/s), causing a very high pressure-drop in the homogenizing valve. The original emulsion or suspension systems with rather coarse particles will be processed by the multiple actions of cavitation effect, turbulence, shearing etc. into a superfinely dispersed, homogeneous, stable liquid/liquid emulasion or liquid/solid dispersion. The homogenizing valve can be tailor-designed in accordance with the properties of fluid to be processed, to realise low consumption and high efficiency while keeping the same quality requirement.
