Uses for the Somerset CDR-2000 Dough Roller

Dough rollers are used to make pizzas, pie crusts, tortillas, and other tasty treats.

The CDR2000 features a compact design, and a heavy duty all stainless steel welded construction.

CDR2000 is ergonomically designed for easy operation and features a large hopper that allows the insertion of large pieces of dough. The all-in-front operation makes the CDR2000 convenient to operate, especially for smaller kitchens. It uses a maintenance-free drive mechanism, which is isolated from the roller area. The gear motor used is a heavy-duty 3/4 horsepower, maintenance free, single phase, 115V, 60Hz or 220V, 50Hz
