Universal Fermenter

 Most of fermenter and waste food treater until now are composed of fermentation tank equipped with agitator to mix raw material and heater to beat raw material in the fermentation tank separately. Because agitation and mixing are imperfect in such case, raw material is hardened to lump and permeability becomes bad in case that water content of raw material is high, so that much time is required to handle fermentation. And, fermentation material should be taken out of fermentation tank after fermentation, and then be treated. In such case, there was inconvenience that severe bad smell occurred. As a product to compensate for such problem, this device can agitate and mix raw material efficiently, shorten fermentation and fire-destruction time, and regulate water content ratio without using heater. And, this has no bad smell and can be resolved into carbon dioxide gas and water steam, so that it does not need second treatment.
