After including the additives to be mixed to the mixer part, all of the grain is passed through the mill and then the mill is turned off via the switch. Subsequent to waiting for 10 minutes in order to achieve a homogenous mix, specific discharge pipe is opened and the silage starts to flow. The mixer is kept operating until all of the silage ends. Once the silage runs out, switch is turned off and the machine stops.
Machine is switched on until the end of the ventilation lever. It is run by pressing the start switches. After the machine is circulated enough, ventilation lever is slowly switched off thus enabling the machine to suck.
Note: Before operating the machine, top covering broadcloth and cloth pipes that obstruct the dust must be put in place.
1-ton capacity mixing cauldron mixes all the feedstock in a homogenous way, thanks to the mixing spiral. The motion, obtained by the 5.5 kW electric engine, is transmitted by the belt rim system and the mixing spiral starts rolling. The feedstock that does not need to be milled is taken into the mixing stage, using the preliminary loader cauldron. Thereafter using the specific discharge pipe for evacuation and with the open/close lever, the desired amount of harvest is taken.
1. Part: Feed Mixing system;
The turbine and the breaker in the mill that ensures the feedstock to be grinded and transferred to the mixing cauldron comprises of a hammer system. The mill is run by a 11 kW three-phase electric engine.
The magnet prevents the metallic materials in the feedstock to get into the mill and the ventilation lever provides the fast or slow flowing of the feedstock.
1. The feedstock to be milled is put into the 700 kg capacity grain cauldron at the first part. The feedstock that passes through the grain cauldron reaches the mill via a drain. There is a magnet and a ventilation lever on the drain in question. The feedstock that made it to the mill are grinded and passed onto the mixing cauldron via a pipe.
