Ghee Clarifier

We manufacture centrifuge both in Stailess steel and Mild steel contact prats and have two models (1) 1000 liters per hour capacity & (2) 2000 liters per hour capacity.

The Ghee clarifier is a tubular bowl centrifuge revolving at 15000rpm. This a  very high speed centrifuge which generate centrifugal force of 13000 to 15000 times 'g' force. The Ghee to be purified is allowed to enter at the bottom of the centrifuge. Once inside the centrifuge bowl the ghee is subjected to  very high centrifugal force. Due to this any dirt ,even very minute ,will be separated and deposited on the inside wall of the centrifuge. Only clarified pure ghee comes out through properly designed cover at the top of the centrifuge. The dirt deposited on the centrifuge wall can be easily removed once the machine is stopped.
