Rotor Baker Model 60*80 with sixteen shelves rotating trolley, is a mini size oven, designed for small and big bakeries, pastry shops, delicatessen, and in supermarkets for the preparation of fresh foods. The heat exchange or the electric resistances can be positioned, on request, either on the left rear or right rear side of the oven. Air distribution system ensures maximum baking performance. Stainless steel front view and baking chamber. Flexible steel door gaskets ensure maximum steam seal and durability. Large capacity heat exchanger ensures maximum efficiency and low fuel consumption. Steam generator heated by the combustion chamber allows maximum steam production.
