Kemper Quadro Round is a compact dough dividing and roundmoulding
machine for processing roll doughs with an absorption rate of up to
73% depending on the dough quality. Due to the space saving construction
this machine can be used in the smallest of bakeries without the need
for expensive and time consuming renovations. Quadro gives you
the possibility to rationally produce a wide variety of products with just
one machine rustical quadratic rolls, as well as an option for
Passauer Rose rolls. For this reason it is the idea machine even for small
and medium sized bakeries.
