PULVERISERApplication :a.It is used to pulverize soft to medium hard material, Mohr's scale <3.5.b.It has step less adjustable grinding gap, from 1 mm to 5 mm to suit individual milling needs.c.The special designed grinding chamber ensured superb turbulence and excellent milling effect.d.It is applicable to following industries:1.Food Industry: for milling different types of grains, rice, spices, etc.2.Chemical Industry: for pulverizing organic and inorganic substances.3.Petrochemical Industry: for milling thermoplastic, resin, etc.4.Aggregate Industry: for crushing gypsum, limestone and other filler material.Consist of:a.A trapezium shaped rotor with exchangeable grinding tool.b.A stationary casing lined with exchangeable corrugated liners.c.An outlet-raceway with a connecting flange.d.A flanged mounted electrical motor.e.A set of belts and pullets.Construction:The casing with corrugated liners housed the trapezium shaped rotor. This casing is bolted down to the outlet-raceway by bolts. With different spacer in between the casing and the raceway, it is possible to achieved different milling gap between the liners and the rotor. The rotor is driven by an electric motor through a set of belts and pulleys.Operation:When the rotor rotates, it creates a vortex. This caused the material to be sucked into the grinding chamber. The centrifugal force created by the rotating rotor forced out material towards the liner with high impact force. The impact caused the material to break down into much smaller particles.
