The blower and air course are made of stainless steel board separately, there are 5sets of blowers and the power is 5.5kw x5.

The whole tunnel is made of plate which combined by double faced stainless steel and polyurethane storehouse board, and the outside of stainless steel plate is 1mm thick and the inner is 0.8mm thick and the insulating course is 75mm thick.

Productive capacity: 360heads/hr.

Technical data:

The circling air course is made of stainless steel and equipped with blower. The blower is of stainless steel structure and equipped with direct driving system and installed on the galvanization stander.

The under part of the tunnel is made of stainless steel and is installed on the cement floor; and there is grid plate. The operator can go into the tunnel for cleaning and maintaining. There is a drainage connector on the under part of the tunnel and it is connected with drainage system. The rest part of tunnel is made of stainless steel plate which insulating compound being inside. There is double revolving door at the entrance and exit of tunnel so as to reduce the overflowing of steam. The exit of the tunnel is connected directly to the feeding trough of hair beating machine. The inspecting door is installed on the tunnel.

A certain number of areas are divided along the length of the tunnel. There is a independent air adjustable system in each area and relevant steam and water valves controlling system are equipped. The quantity of the area is fixed by the productive capacity of the slaughtering line and pitch between carcasses.

The steam and given water will be poured in to the airflow in the tunnel, the temperature of the airflow will be controlled by temperature controlling system. One-piece controlling valves for steam and water are installed outside of the air tunnel. The electric controlling system is installed in cubicle switchboard.

The carcass will be heated in the close steam scalding tunnel by 62saturated steam. The saturated steam will come to the tunnel through the under-part of the carcass, and it will circle along the length of the carcass. The protective plate equipped in inner part of the tunnel can guarantee to have the best circling steam around the carcass. The blower installed outside the tunnel can provide power needed for circling. The saturated steam will be aspirated through up part of the tunnel; it will flow through the air course outside of the tunnel and finally will be blown in through the under part of the tunnel.

The explanation for the operation:

The sewage drainage will have summit when the operation is over.

The time between exit of scalding machine and hair beating machine can be shortened.

There is no pollution to viscera.

It is more sanitary. The carcass neednt to put into the scalding water and the cross pollution can be avoided.
