Refining Plants for crude oils and fats

In order to produce an oil safe for human consumption various undesirable components have to be removed from the crude input products. Similar process steps are also required prior to further processing for different application, e.g. biodiesel.
Color, taste, purity, shelf-life (stability) and melting point are key quality parameters. The respective refining steps are performed carefully in order to achieve these, maintaining at the same time the characteristics and desirable components of the natural product.
We offer specific systems and plants for all relevant refining steps from degumming, to deodorising, to a fully refined product. Our plants have processing capacities of up to more than 1,000 t/day.
Easy operation and minimum product losses, highest product quality and efficiency are the main design criteria. Our customers can take advantage of our know-how which is covered by various patents.
