Combined bottom and top enrobing , only bottom enrobing, only top enrobing tasks with variable height can be carried out. Partial enrobing by separation of chocolate curtain, it can be decided which part or parts of articles to enrobe

On the machine there are following possibilities of enrobing.
Total enrobing where thickness of the coating can be adjusted by setting of curtains , bottoming roller , blowing system and shaking device.

Alper enrober is made with band width from 400 mm, 620 and 800 mm and designed for all common enrobing tasks with tempered as well as non tempered chocolate.
