SPECIFICATIONS:
Design: Compact design with large stainless steel tray W (590mm) x D (140mm) x Length (920mm) allows to hold more product increasing productivity. And the most important, FF209 was designed
with triple plates (11mm x dia.105mm) with different hole sizes (22mm, 12mm or 5mm) and two cutting knifes make ground product with multiform sizes as wishes.
Standard Features: Stainless steel product tray, - protective guard from feed screw ,- grinding body,- feed screw and - casting rammer, alloy steel plates, hardened steel cutting knifes are all
standard.
Grinding Housing: Grinding body is separated from the motor to prevent heat transfer to the product and removes and disassembles easily without tools to facilitate cleaning. The short feed
screw helps to produce less heat that increases the overall shelf life of ground products, quality of grind is improved without the loss of product color.
Motor: Model FF209 is driven by a powerful 3 HP motor. Designed for today's tight spaces, this heavy duty grinder gives the high productivity demanded by supermarkets, commercial
kitchens or food factories, also ideal for meat shops, small grocery store meat rooms. Down sized but still ensure high and good productivity.
Electrical: 1 speed, 3Ph, totally enclosed permanently lubricated ball bearings, thermally protected.
Switch: Magnetic contactor with waterproof push buttons mounted on right side of machine when facing bowl and feed pan interlock. Push button can be optionally mounted either left or
right of the stainless steel case.
Transmission: The FF209 with double reduction steel gears ensures quiet, trouble free operation for many years.
Warranty: All parts and services coverage for one year.
