Glazing Machine

PALINOX glazing machines guarantee high-quality and a good looking ice layer, thanks to its complete cooling equipment that maintains the water in a temperature range between 0 to 1?C. A shower system ensures that the whole surface of the fish is covered with ice.

PALINOX glazing machines are tailored to customer's requirements. Sprinkle-type glazing machine is available for shrimp or tray glazing.

Cleaning is highly simplified. The belt can be raised allowing easy access to the inside of the machine. Water flowing system has a double filter that allows non-stop production.

PALINOX glazing machines can be built with one (GL-ECO) or two belt (GL-600+500-ECO-(2M)-(3M)). With two belts, we can glaze two different products at the same time. We can also have a double glazing line, in which the fish goes through the tunnel and the glazing machine twice, getting an extra layer of ice.
