Saacke offers different models to suit customer requirements, all models incorporate automation, flexibility and precision. The Saacke CNC-Grinding Center Model UW ID is suitable for different tool materials, as well as different tool types & can be combined and managed under full automation allowing you to randomly produce and re-sharpen tools in one batch, tools are stored in a removable pallet; Grinding wheel packages can be up to 140 mm in length (measured at the abutting HSK 50 surface) and 150 mm in diameter when using the automatic wheel changer, suitable for max. diameter 250 mm and max. cutting edge length for complete grinding of 430 mm.  Saacke also manufacture the model UW IF, which offers the same Saacke precision in a compact form suitable for  max. diameter 200 mm and max. length of 230 mm. The model UW IF  assures Flexible assembly with fully automatic grinding wheel changer. Digital drives assure the highest dynamic control in all axes, Accurate positioning of the tools via 3D-measuring probe.
