Rubber Grinding Machinery

Presently in the development stage, is a vacuum chuck machine that will allow us to grind small, flexible pieces to precision tolerances.

The 942 Series Grinder was designed for close tolerance grinding on wide flexible materials. It is now manufactured in widths up to 103". Tolerances as tight as .0005" from side to side and end to end have been recorded. The unit is similar in design to our 711 Series machine, but has been equipped with larger cylinder bearings, a larger pressure roll and pressure roll bearings, and a direct drive on the pressure roll. The cylinder is drilled for increased water flow for cooling. Our patented clamping system allows for quick abrasive changes.
