Run your finger over a radius of your custom routed part. If it is rough and feels like it needs sanding, then it probably was not routed by C-Plex, Inc. If routed properly, a routed part
should feel smooth to the touch, and no additional sanding should be required. Our routers combine the proper hardware and computer generated programming to insure a quality part time and
again. In addition to our traditional CNC routers, our latest acquisition is a KOMO, Mach ONE CNC router. The Mach ONE is a faster, more integrated, more automated CNC router which keeps C-Plex, Inc. ahead of our competitors. The Mach ONE produces consistently superior parts and delivers better part finishes at higher cutting speeds. |
