The basic elements of the machine such as the body, tables, column and the other cast parts have been annealed two times thus eliminating the internal stress inside the materials of which the parts are made. The vertical movement is achieved by manual, hydraulic end electro drive by means of the ball screw spindle through the slide linear guides on grinding machine BRB-60.30.A, bat on grinding machine BRB-75.30.ATS trought the linear roller guide. The transversal and the longitudinal movement are achieved by hydro drive, the accuracy of which is realized by guiding along the sliding prisms with incorporated TURCITE-slide ways .The grinding machines BRB have been designed in accordance with modern solutions and this rules regulating the workers safety at work. The machine is according to CE-standards.
