REGULATING WHEEL HEAD :
This travels on a moveble dovetail scrapped-slides and can be fitted from 0' to 3' to obtain different feedrates for work pieces. Regulating Wheel Head spindle is made of hardened and grouned alloy steel and it runs on precision taper roller bearings. Regulator wheel head provided microfeed system 0.001 to 0.099 mm.

GRINDING WHEEL HEAD :
The grinding wheel spindle is made of hardened and ground alloy steel. It runs in antrifriction special type bronze metal bush bearing for rigidity and fine accuracy. The bearings are automatically lubricated by means of splash system.

COSNSTRUCTION

BED :
The bed of the machine is a box-shaped seasoned casting. The required portion of the bed is throughly scrapped where the wheel head, screw block and slides are accomodated.

The machine can be used for grinding ferrous, non-ferrous metal, alloys as well as other materials like rubber, plastic using appropriate grinding and regulating wheels.
