Mechanical back gauge are provided to ensure perfect setting of the width of the sheet to be cut. Fine adjustment is provided to set the required setting.

Sufficient & required guards are provided to the machine as to avoid any accident. gear and motor drive is also protected with suitable guard, front & back portion is also guard by cover to minimize any mishappenings.

The heart of the machine is made of H.C.H.Cr. Imported steel, which is accurately harden, tempered & ground. This will provide long trouble free life before each re-grind easy mounting & disengaging system of knives facilities fast work. The required tolerance throughout the blade length can be maintains by the device provided on the machine which provide batter cut & long life to knives.

These system consist of a high pressure spring loaded plate which operates in machined guide ways to provided easy movements. Required closeness to blade of hold down plate enable to shear or thin strips with accuracy.

Rolling key type clutch which is time proven & simple in design, is provided for instant & positive engagement. All necessary components of clutch are of alloy steel suitability heat treated & tested. To minimize maintenance of the clutch.

Cast iron fly wheel of proper weight & balance transmits motion from motor (which is fitted on adjustable platform.) To drive shaft. Drive in turn it turn gives power to clutch by means of steel matched gear (which are accurately cut on gear hobbing machine). This mechanism provides easy long & trouble free motion to the rotating parts.

Cast iron has got high compressive strength & minimum elongivity as compared to mild steel. These are the basic needs for the above mention parts of the machine. Along with they are also provided with appropriate & proper rib work which gives required strength & durability due to the above properties alignment of the working parts is never disturb & there is no deformation even after years of services.
