-Our blade is longer than comparable machines, meaning much less blade fatigue
-Our bandwheels are larger diameter than comparable machines, meaning much less blade fatigue
-Our leftover material remnant is shorter than most comparable machines
-Our sawframe has a double arch construction which dampens vibration and has greater strength, less
flexing, less vibration, and greater blade life
-Our blade guides are carbide (of course) but we also use large diameter bearings to remove the initial
blade twist. We believe we have the most friction-free blade guides on the market today, while at the
same time providing very rigid blade support for precise and true sawing.
-Our machine automatically detects the cutoff point and the material height, eliminating two of the settings
that must be made by the operator on most competitive machines.
