The bottom web is drawn through a set of rollers on to a gripper chain. It is passed on to the Forming station trough the Preheating station (if required), where the film is formed into cavities. The cavities are then moved through the loading area, where the product is fed manually or automatically depending on the product. The cavities filled with the product, are then moved to the Sealing station. The sealing web is either in form of a roll or a stack of cards. The packs then proceed to the Trimming station where the packs are cut according to the requirements.
