A multi-purpose tunnel washing machine for inside and outside cleaningof new glass for the chemical and pharmaceutical industry.
The discharge mechanism of the machine transfers the cleaned bottlesdirectly on to the conveyor of a following machine. It is possible toconnect a continuously working drying or sterilizing tunnel
(see: Hotair sterilizing and drying tunnel 35L68B16). Throughput of the objectstakes place automatically by step-by-step forward motion, cleaning ofthe bottles mouth downward by various sprayings,
pressure of spraysindividually adjustable. The step-by-step motion of the automaticaldischarge can transfer the bottle rows either on to a transversalconveyor belt, an accumulating table or a
tray.
Working procedure takes place in the following steps: inside andoutside sprays are followed by draining steps or air injections.Filters for spray media and air provide for better cleaning
efficiency.As the machine is completely made of stainless steel there can also beused aggressive spray media.
Holding down appliances (adjustable in height) installed inside thewashing chamber to prevent small objects from falling out under spraypressure.
Corresponds with GMP regulations.
All incorporated elements including infinitely variable drive are easily accessible by doors.
