Quick Release Auto Clavable Bowl Feeder

The Quick Release Bowl Feeder is a pharmaceutical design for use in clean rooms where equipment requires rapid changeover for cleaning and maintenance. Tooling is manufactured from 316 L stainless steel, adhering to clean room GMP standards. The drive unit uses a pneumatic clamp to secure the bowl top which is dowelled into position for accuracy. The clamping mechanism is operated by a simple push button and no tools are required for changeover.

Base equipment of Quick Release Bowl Feeder including drive unit and bowl top are RNA standard with tooling manufactured in house bespoke to customers individual requirements. Feed speed and orientation of components can be tailored to each application give future proof  automation to the assembly line.
