available upon request. USDA washdown available.Check Weigh SystemCheck Weigher Programmable System to be supplied with load cell and programmable operator panel. Designed to control the rotary pack/fill station. As target weight is near being met the rotary slows to allow product dribble in order to reach accurate target weight. Once target weight is met rotary disc stops and the filled box advances and pulls an empty box on the load cell.SpecificationsMaximum conveyor speed is 80 feet per minute. Rotary Turntable dimensions are 36" diameter. Box fill rate is 6-10 boxes per minute. Load Cell Max weight is 100 lbs. Conveyor and Turntable motors are to be 1hp TEFC. Overhead Space requirement is 24", and overall unit height at 61" but may vary depending on box configurations. Typical box conveyor elevation
is 24".Electrical ControlsStainless Nema 12 prewired control panel. Panel includes external Programmable controller and AC variable frequency drive inverter. The operator interface provides access to all control
functions and menu driven based on box size and weight.
