Lid Press Machinery

To be integrated with straight-running, table top chain conveyor.

Stainless steel sheet metal guard covers chain and sprockets.

Each press is fitted with a Container Anti-Tip Mechanism to stop the containers tipping as they exit the Lid Press. *()

The rollers have 1/4 inch thick steel walls and are mounted on 1/4 inch stainless steel shafts using 2 x 1/4 inch double shielded bearings.

12 x 1 diameter steel rollers mounted along a 12 inch press zone gradually press the lids firmly into place by declining each roller along the press path.

Optional Hand crank with chain and sprockets allows for full height adjustment from half pint through 1 Gallon (5 liter) containers.
