Capper is mounted on own base and can be fit over existing bottle conveyor.
Adjustable pneumatic gating system (No bottle change parts needed).
Cap unscrambler with chute and capping head (One cap size per unscrambler).
Adjustable pick & place screw section with adjustable magnet screw drivers (Removable cap inserts).
Pneumatic operated anti-rotate grippers to help bottle of turning while cap is torque onto bottle with adjustable magnet screwdriver.
Easy to use control panel with bottle sensor control.
