Product Details
The materials are weighed through load-cells and then put in bag throygh a sprout and then passed over a slat conveyor for stitching or sealing. Optionally there can be a lorry loader too which can be provided by us for automatically loading onto a lorry. The speed of bagging can vary from 100 bags / minute to 300 bags /minute as per specifications and also the type of material that will be bagged and the size of the bag.
The machine is capable of Weighing and Bagging products ranging from talcum powder fine powders to granular objects of various sizes. The method of feeding varies from product to product and the methods are normally gravity feeding, screw feeding or vibrator feeding.
