Designed for packaging carrots and parsnips, the Gillenkirch 7200E automatically fills and closes PE-film packages, using wire / ring closers, or a tape closing system. The 7200E is equipped with a horizontal and vertical sealing system to quickly and efficiently seal the packaged product, optionally employing a thermal printer system to attach a label containing UPC / bar code and the product perish-by date. Product is delivered to the 7200E via two (2) top-mounted vibrating hoppers that may be adjusted based on the product size and weight. Production speeds reach up to thirty-two (32) packages per minute (using 0.5 Kg weighments), with the option to employ the machine's integrated hole punch to create a convenient handle. Constructed from stainless steel, the 7200E features an intuitive, easy to use touch screen interface that provides the operator with the capability to easily adjust operational settings and control parameters.
