Luggage Wrapping Machine

Luggage wrapper is ready to use in 4 seconds after turning on - when self-diagnostics is complete.

Optionally, packing machine can be equipped with built-in electronic weighing-machine.

Nonvolatile fiscal counter allows to trace the number of packages per shift and total number of packages for a given machine.

Electronic protection stops enginesif mechanical or thermal overload occurs, and starts them backautomatically when overload is eliminated. The block of diagnostics andcontrol analyzes the level of accumulator charge (voltage of powersupply in stationary design) and power consumption.

The usage of thestandard 12V car battery for power supply provides high mobility ofpacking machine and easy charging by standard car chargers. Oncefully-charged, the battery provides 12 hours of continuous work (20-25packages per hour).

Directdrive (without chains or chainblocks) provides high efficiency andsmooth start of the packing machine, precise positioning of turntableand low noise level during packing.
