FEATURES OF FILLING S ENVIRONMENT: Extended Shelf Life (ESL)

- Decontamination treatment of primary packaging by hydrogen peroxide and dry steam with electronically controlled valves .
- Minimum log reduction for the containers/caps decontamination : log 4 according to VDMA 2002/6.
- Product contact surfaces executed in AISI 316 L
- ESL Filling Environment controlled by Air Laminar Flow obtained through HEPA ceiling filters in Ambient Class 100.

MAIN MACHINE FEATURES :

- Active Starwheel for atomization of Hydrogen Peroxide
The introduction of atomized Peroxide is performed in the infeed starwheel. The atomizer system is equipped with valves with electronic controls

- Rotary Steaming-Rinsing Turret
In the turret, the bottles are inverted and the inner surface of the bottles is sprayed with low pressure dry steam in order to assure the correct activation and removal of hydrogen peroxide, effectively performed on the whole container.

- Ultra Clean Rotary Net Weight Filler
Machine base frame executed in stainless steel AISI 304, additionally sealed against possible infiltrating liquids.
Liquid collecting tray and protective safety covers following CEE norms
The filler tanks executed in stainless steel AISI-316L, the outside surface with satin finish, and the inside of the tank polished to a mirror finish (0.2 micron).
The small tank is shaped to give hygienic guarantees, perfect draining and saving on CIP fluids.
The filling valves and all the components in contact with the product are executed in stainless steel AISI 316 and, polished to a high gloss and allowing perfect draining and a perfect laminar flow design without obstacles. The actuator for the nozzle plunger is independent, and separated from the product flow by a membrane.

MEMBRANE NOZZLE also known as the Laminar Flow nozzle, this is our new standard nozzle for most applications. It features:
Laminar vanes built into the body of the nozzle
Easy changeover by changing diameter of removable disc
Easy to dismantle and visually inspect all product contact surfaces

- Mechanical Rotary Capper in Completely washable execution
The mechanical Capper is equipped with a double cam, one that controls the up and down movement of the capping head and one for the opening and closing of the cap chucks.
All moving parts are made of quality materials to grant a long lifetime, low maintenance and wearing and noise emission.
Low hysteresis capping heads avoid caps to be damaged.
An idle gear keeps the cappers speed independent from the speed of the filler.
Every capping head can be independently set.
Specific anti-rotational design for cylindrical bottles.
