High performance machine, with a production capability of up to 1000 cables/hour, for the flexible processing of un-jacketed two or three conductor power cord cables. The machine simplicity and its ease of use makes It the prime on Its category for speedy, flexible and simple production processes. The main characteristic is the operating position that allows to the operator the minimum cables handling. The operator friendly wire loading system Is the basis for high volume output of crimped inserts. The cable and conductors, previously un-jacketed are inserted by the operator Into the dedicated centering funnels, the sensor detects It and the machine automatically starts the process cycle: trimming (cutting of conductors ends) and stripping, conductor crimping and orderly unloading handling.
