Product Information ProPack 150/6 Automated Blister Packaging MachineThe ProPack 150/6 provides fully automated blister packaging for tablets, caplets or liquid-gel solid dose medications, liquids and medical devices using pharmaceutical grade PVC and foil to create industry standard unit dose blisters to help improve patient medication compliance on a just-in-time basis. The ProPack 150/6 can produce industry standard punch cards (also called calendar, bingo or compliance packs), unit dose strips, Hospital unit dose formats, physician samples, OTC packs, medical devices and custom specialty packages with simple tool change over. Fully automated turnkey systems include several filling options, lot/exp printing and barcode capability per dose, automated fill/no-fill detection and rejection of unfilled blister packages, perforations to assist with returns and die cut options for specialty shape packaging needs.
