ZBU Series - Capping units

The automatic capping machine is performed as a solid and simple construction which is checked by the time and it is built from the materials of high quality. All that does not make any problem during the machines exploitation. The capping head of the unit are equipped with magnetic clutches. There is also option available for an additional installation of UV lamp for caps. Such a solution allows to preserve the product for much longer time.

In standard version the unit the machine has protective shields mage of stainless steel and plexiglass, with accordance to CE norms.

Production velocity range: from 3,000 to 12,000 uph.

In ZBU series we offer the range of automatic capping machines for capping up of plastic bottles of different types with different of caps. Our capping units have from 1 to 10 capping heads.
