In Mould Labelling Static Device

We are interesting iml aplications in Turkey and we have many experiance these issues.
Regarding the iml automation, we have an agent from Italy, name of sytrama. So sytrama has many experience about iml aplications. They have more than 3000 robots in the world, 400 robots for the iml.
However we are producing (for alternative type for the cost) static charge device for iml (it is chiper than robot but its process and sytstem is many diffrent from iml robot)
In normal conditions iml robots take the label from label magazine with vaccum and it give a static charce (25. 000-30. 000 volt) and than put in the mould area very quickly. But as you know robots cost of is expencive.
Our static charge device use by hand. Operator give a static energy (25. 000-30. 000 volt) to label from devices prob and then put the label in the mould by hand. This system using in Turkey is very famous. And it is chiper than robot, it is alternative but if your production pieces is to high so you must to buy a iml robot but your pieces is normal you can use static device very easly.
