Tipping And Flagging Machine For Brush Filaments

This is a Special purpose low cost custom-built and sophisticated mechanical machine. This machine is a space saving and ergonomically designed with a best possible logic in it so as to save time of loading and unloading the filaments and to reduce the cycle time of the total operation. The machine is used to sharpen and split the filaments into a required dimensions and depth of cut. Construction of the machine: The machine consists of a rotating table and 15 pneumatically operated chucks to clamp the job. The table is surrounded by a complete enclosure and a dust-collecting blower is fitted to collect the dust that fly during processing.
