Beer Filling Production line

The filler-capper in this system has been made with imported advanced technology from Europe. It is mainly used for filling and capping of beer with glass bottles.
    It adopts continuous automatic control for the liquid level of filling bowl, double-leader type centering cover, special beer filling valves, twice vacuumizing, low temperature equal-pressure filling, automatic concentrated lubrication, the crafty cap-unscrambling and capping design with overloading protection, and sufficient function It is controlled by PLC.
    Production Capacity 8000-48000 bottles/hour

Composition of equipment It consists of uncrater, bottle washer, case washer, cap conveyor, filler-capper/monobloc of rinser, filler and capper, pasteurizer, label sticker, jet coder, shrink film packer/crater/full-automatic carton packer, full bottle conveyor, and electronic control system etc., an entire filling & packaging production line.

Designed Capacity: 8000-36000 bottles/hour based on 350-640ml bottles.
