If filling to an accurate and consistent level in rigid containers is the desired liquid packaging method, the U.S. Bottlers Vacuum Filler is the machine for this application. A superior concept incorporating a simple and straightforward liquid system in a robust and durable mechanical design offers unparalleled performance, with high efficiency, and reliability.The containers are fed onto the Vacuum Filler, separated, then positioned under special custom designed filling stems. Each individual filling stem slowly descends into the opening of the container and the sealer rubber seals the top of the container. Then the vacuum system removes air from the container, which in turn induces the flow of product into the bottle. Once the fill level reaches the vacuum vent, surplus product is drawn into the overflow system, and the filling process stops.
