This machine is mainly used in PVC pipe materials Structural characteristics: This engine adopts rotating conic twin-screw extruder Shaping and cooling parts adopt vacuum-determining for diameter, and cycling water spraying cooling with its automatic controlling system in water temperature, liquid level, and degree of vacuum. The hauling machine adopts automatic clamping through adjustment of air pressure valve. The application of variable frequency and speed adjustment control system can realize in-phase speed in proportion, speed of hauling and display of exchange under the control of automatic frequency. The cutting part can function by hand or automatically, with its given length, and automatic displaying for number of cutting. The machine set can realize adjustment in longitudinal direction and in ;transverse direction. |
