The pipe straightener is a finishing unit in the H.F. pipe mill line .Its used to straightened the pipe and eliminate the stress and bending occurred after forming and welding .

The flying saw is a key unit in the production of longitudinally welded pipe and formed section .Its usded to precisely cut the pipe to certain length automatically under the condition that the pipe is continuously to delivered from the mill at high speed.

The accumulator is a strip storing unit in the longitudinally welded pipe and formed section production.It stores certain amount of strip and leaves time for the shear welder to shear and weld the ends of the strips.The uninterrupted fluent production is thus guaranteed .Its one of the main machines in the modern pipe mill line and formed section line.

The shear welder is a key unit in the longitudinally welded pipe mill line.Its usded parallelly to cut the tail of the strip which has just gone into the accumulator and the head of the strip coming out of the uncoiler ,and then weld them together with carbon dioxide shield welding . Its a typical unit of integration of machinery ,electronics and hydraulics with reasonable design ,compact structure ,pricise aligning and butt welding and high automaticity.

The end straightener is used together with the uncoiler ,it leads the head of the strip out of the uncoiler,straightens it and feeds it into the flattener.

The uncoiler is a key unit in the mill line ,its mainly used to support the strip coil and together with the straightener ,feed the strip into the flattener .
