The flying saw is the main unit of the whole line ,and the cutting tolerance is 6mm.
The most common section shapes are round, square and rectangular. Besides common sections, the line can also produce oval, polygon, and various heterogeneous section pipes.
The production line can be classified into four categories ,which are API standard high-grade oil casing pipe & oil / gas transmission pipe mill (brand new F.F pass craftswork ),straight-seam welded pipe production lines to produce pipes of small diameter but big wall thickness ,and plain liquid pipe making mill.
The HF straight-seam weled pipe production line is designed to roll different sizes of steel strips continuously into tube blanks through roller and heat them up throught highfrequency induction or direct contract ,and then weld the tube blanks into straight-seam steel pipe.
the fly saw is used to cut the pipes ,and it is the milling saw ,the precision is high ,no burr.
