The line model
The wood-plastic mixing extruding production line adopts special desighed screw stem, material cylinder, moulds and processing technology. It is equipped with YF model shapped material ancillary machine to make PE,PP and PVC wood-plastic products. It is a kind of new type environment protection product. Mixing plastic with waste wood fiber at some proportion, adding plastic processing agent, to produce wood-plastic composite material. Tray, package box plate, door and window frame material, decoration floor, outside products can be produced wtih the structural shapped material extruded in high temperature and high pressure.
The main machine adopts imported AC frequency converter driving. The temperature control meters adopt Japanese RKC products. The ancillary machine vacuum pump and haul-off motor both adopt high-quality products,maintain simply. It can directly extrude imitating wood foamed special material after exchanging the screw, barrel and mould, which is better than the single screw extruder.
