This production line adopts advanced single machine butane physical foaming technology with high energy-save and high efficiency. This production line adopts anti-bomb electric component, frequency conversion timing, aptitude digital display with stable operation, convenient manipulation and creditable quality. It can produce kinds of EPE sheet material continuously. It can produce foaming tube, foaming stick and foaming net with replacing frame head.

EPE foaming sheet material (also called pearl cotton) is one new soft packaging material at present. With soft material and good damping capacity, it has become new popular soft packaging material, which is widely used for packaging of electric apparatus, glass porcelain vessel, precise electric instrument, instrument, top ranking furniture, shoes and cap and so forth. After re-processing like composite and incrassation, it can be used for many industries such as pad of box, anti-damp layer of wooden floor, heat preservation layer of refrigerator and soft pad for sport and so on.
