Coextrusion film blowing machine

All electric motors installed in the line - an alternating current with frequent converters (inverters) of production Mitsubishi or Delta.

The second level control system (option) further integrates controls and make operation of the line transparent and fast. All parameters of operation of the line are shown on the multifunction LC-display and are controlled and diagnosed from regular PC terminal or even via Internet.

The system ensures the temperature surveillance of all line, management of drives, the surveillance for blow sleeves, and the surveillance of a web tension. The system may incorporate quality control units such as film thickness monitor.

?Arsenal 3? series of lines have 2-level control system. First level PLC-based control provide pre-programmed start-up and shut down procedures, IBC and drive controls. PLC based systems are not only designed to simplify control, but it also increase reliability and repeatability of processes.

Control system

3 lines may process wide range of most common polymers such as: polyethylene (LDPE, HDPE, LLDPE, MDPE, metallocene, medium density, bi-modal, very low density, etc.), EVA, PP, their modifications, mixtures and combinations. Most of plastic films are made out of the above products. Some other materials like polyamide or EVOH are usually processed on 5 layer machines, but also could be produced on special versions of A-3 machine (option). Exact recipes and possible processed materials are defined with specialists.

Every A3-series line is retailed to the customer needs. This quotation describes most typical composition of line parameters but it may and advised to be considered as basis for further improvement to make the line best fit to the customers market needs.

Cost factor is close to US$2000/per kg of output that is competitive among last generation coextrusion film making machines. It is most suitable to serve emerging markets with growing demand for high quality films.
