The Bright Technologies XTRACTOR is a highly specialized piece of equipment that is designed specifically for de-packaging applications in the food industry. It makes no difference if the package is paper, plastic, aluminum, tin, steel, or P.E.T. the XTRACTOR can do the job. This unit not only removes the liquid content from the package, it also contains the liquid and the solid material for a controlled, and clean removal which greatly assists in recycling. The XTRACTOR is able to achieve weight reduction of up to 97% and volume reduction of up to 95%, and yet process up to 8 cubic yards per hour of material. Available options include automated operation, liquid retaining & plumbing systems, stainless steel construction, custom feed hoppers & hydraulic cart dumpers, and the unit can be customized to fit your application
