Provides continuous production.
Confines the powder/dust into the closed system, keeps working environment dust free.
Subsidizes its self by decreasing the number of workers needed to work the system.
Saves energy.
Easily extendible when a new extruder machine is installed into the system.
Vital for workers' health.
The homogenous compound is stockpiled in silos and sent to the extruders. Stockpiling silos are custom designed to avoid decomposition of the homogeneous mixture. Two 25-tonnes silos are cross-combined for leaving the mixture to fallow. The raw material is mixed in the mixers and then conveyed to the first silo for resting. The extruders are fed from the second silo which stockpiles the rested, cooled off mixture. This process is vital in order to obtain a higher quality product. When the silo is empty, the cycle is reversed so that extruders are continuously fed with cold and fallowed mixture. Silos on top of the extruders can stockpile up to 3-4 hours of mixture . It saves energy, as only a single engine and a single line is used to feed all the extruders when compared to pneumatic systems. No maintenance and filter alteration is required. It works highly stable. If desired, a scaling device is added on top of the extruders so that the consumption levels of the each extruder could be reported. In addition to that, the metric weight of the final product can be calculated by installing an encoder installed at the end of the production line.
